Directly under the command of the Omanga Intelligence Agency, this black ops unit carries out top secret missions such as assassinations, espionage, tactical strikes and incitement of civil disorder in enemy territories. There are multiple teams in the unit, each consisting of four to six members. Only the captain, who issues orders and oversees the operation personally, has full access to the contents of each mission. Members of the team receive little to no information regarding their mission other than direct orders and their teammates' code names. Currently, one such team has been assigned to the desert borders to incite discord between the Soil Ghosts and their neighboring countries.
