Vesuvina is a rustic coastal town known for its unique aquaculture before the Gray Summer. It's population skyrocketed from the influx of refugees following the fall of Estancia. In the early years of the Acid Rain Era, pirates regularly terrorized Vesuvina's coastline, which teemed with precious cargo and fleeing refugees but lacked any manner of naval protection. Peace returned after the Agurts helped secure major waterways, giving Vesuvina a chance to see better days.
